Carlie and the Chocolate factory is famous movie. This movie was broad casted in 2005. The direction of this movie is Tim Burton. Johnny Depp decided to act in this movie because Tim Burton is the direction of this movie. This is a fantasy and comedy movie. The original is a novel for children. The writer of it is Roald Dahl. He wrote this novel in 1964.

The role of Johnny Depp is president of the chocolate factory. Johnny Depp was nominated at the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor. The name of his role is Willy Wonka. Willy Wonka is cranky and childish. His face is always pale. He always wears hat, and he always has stick. So, his appearance is mysterious. The chocolate factory that Willy Wonka is running is very fantastic. It is not just factory. It is like a wonder land. This factory made by Willy Wonka. His idea is fantastic, and his idea make people surprise and happy. So, his chocolate is popular all over the world. His life looks successful. However, he has a problem with his father. His father runs dentist. Willy Wonka runs chocolate factory, so he had been thought that they can’t understand each other. However, he could it because Carlie helped him. Willy wonka learned the importance of family from Charlie.

Alice in Wonder land is also famous movie, and this movie’s direction is also Tim Burton. Johnny Depp and Tim Burton have been working together. This movie is the seventh movie since they have worked together. This movie was broad casted in 2010. This movie is fantasy. The original is a novel for children. The writer is Lewis Carroll. This movie is an after story of this novel. This movie uses motion capture. It is a special technique. It is very interesting. Walt Disney Pictures that is a famous movie factory in United States joined making this movie, so this movie is popular among children.

The role of Johnny Depp is a hat man in movie "Alice in wonder land". The name of his role is Mad Hatter. He is makes up white and pink face and has orange hair, orange eye blows, wears blue jacket, red vest and black hat. It is very eccentric. He has very important role of that change fate of Alice who is main character in this story and that makes her excellent brave girl. He is heretic who has pure heart with sorrow and kindness. He is mercurial poisoning so he has I'll of the body and spirit. And also, he is emotionally in this story. His suits are changed color in each scene. It is very magical. He is only person who believes Alice. So he is also very precious man for her. He is unique character and makes quite a figure in this movie. So viewers are always attracted by him. His existence of this movie is so fantasy. This hat man has difficult role because it is not easy for viewers to understand role of this story. But Johnny Depp performs clearly. Johnny Depp is only person who can perform this role of hat man. Viewers who watch this movie fit the first time may think that he is just a funny person but he has a bug point of the story to enjoy this movie. So he is intense character in this movie. He has a particular look all of his own. Viewers may be attracted when they watch his unique performance. End of this movie, he dances. It is so great and cool. His dance is very well. This scene is very popular among people who watched this movie. Whatever he performs, that makes viewers happy.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Alice in Wonderland are fantasy movie. There are some similar points between those movies. Johnny Depp’s roles of these movies are unique. Appearances of Willy Wonka and Mad Hatter are so strange. Those roles are so difficult to act. Viewer can’t understand them mind easily. Viewer can’t understand his feeling easily because his face is almost not change. In Alice in Wonder land, viewer thinks that Mad Hatter is just a funny person for the first time. Johnny Depp has to act a person who is funny but not just funny in two movies. It is so difficult, but Johnny Depp can do that, so he is a good actor.

However, there are some differences between two movies. In Charlie and the Chocolate factory, Willy Wonka that Johnny Depp acts is changed his mind by Charlie. Thanks to Charlie, he could make up with his father. On the other hand, Mad Hatter that Johnny Depp acts changes Alice’s mind. Thanks to the wonderland and people living there, Alice became a woman of decision. Other difference is having friends or not. Willy Wonka may not have friends because he lives alone. His character is not sociable, so he can’t make friends. On the other hands, Mad Hatter living in wonderland, so there are unique friends around him. We think that Alice is also his friend because she rescues him.

However, what do you think the people who live in snowy country like snow or not? This book tells us a story about a man who doesn’t like warm weather. He lives in Minneapolis. This area is so cold because of a lot of snow, but sometimes, this area has warmer weather. It sounds good for people living in this area. In fact, many people who live in this area like this warmer weather because this area is always cold. However, a man doesn’t like this weather because he needs a lot of snow for living. He runs a ski resort. He uses man- made snow to open it during warmer weather.

I have skied when I was a high school student. It was difficult, but so fun. I think that his idea is good because the people who like skiing can ski even warmer weather. If you interested in it, please read this book.

One day

I’ll tell you about my holiday.

I usually get up at 10 o’clock in the morning on holiday. However, I get up at 8 o’clock in the morning when I have a part time job. So, I want to tell you about one day that I have a part time job.

First, I feed my pets. I have two dogs. Please look at the page 2. They are sleeping in this picture. They can eat their food quickly, so I take only 5 minutes.

Next, I have breakfast. I always eat Japanese for breakfast. The picture of the page 3 is my ideal breakfast.

After the breakfast, I clean my room. I want a Roomba. I think that it is very useful because it doesn’t need outlet, and it is not too big.

Next, I usually watch TV. It is P-League. It is my favorite TV show. I watch it every week. If you interested in bowling, I recommend it.

Next, I eat lunch. I like walnut bread, so I often eat it for lunch. I often eat it with coffee. It is my favorite lunch menu for me.

After the lunch, I go to my part time job. I work at the shoes shop in my hometown. I usually work for 6 hours. It is not hard for me because my job is like window shopping.

After that, I watch Youtube. I often watch music video, or comedy video. Sometimes, I do my assignment watching music video. It is very fun.

Finally, I take a bath. This time is my relaxing time for me. I take a bath for 40 minutes at least. I found some interesting bathing powder on the internet. If you find these bathing powders somewhere, please tell me.

I'll tell you about my favorite place. My favorite place is my grandparent’s houses.  It is the best place all over the world for me. There are four reasons. First reason is to meet my grandparents. Second is to watch TV with my grandparents. Third, my grandparents give me something to eat. Finally, there are good natures around mu grandparent’s houses.

When I go to my grandparents houses, they are always in there. They are not living with me, so I often go to their house to meet them. Their house and my house are not far, so if you go there by car, you can arrive there for 10 minutes. However, there is no time to go their house for me because of college, or part time job.  They are very kind, so they always listen to my stories about college, part time job or friends when I go to their house. This is the first reason why My grandparent’s house is good place.

When I go to my grandparents houses, they are often watching TV. That is news program, period play or baseball games. My grandfather like baseball, so he watched Kousien games that on TV during summer vacation. I seldom watch baseball game on TV, but when I go to their house, I watch it with my grandfather. It is a good time for me because he teaches me baseball rules. My grandfather also likes period play TV. His favorite period play TV is Mito-Koumon. It is very famous TV program. He recorded it every week before. When I was child, he had been watching it. It was bored for me because I couldn't understand it, so I wanted to change channel. However, I couldn't it because I knew that he liked Mito-Koumon. It is good memory for me. Watching TV is my grandfather’s hobby, so we enjoy it together.

When I go to my grandparents houses, they give me something to eat. My grandmother is good at cooking. My favorite food that my grandmother made is Strawberry Daifuku, so I often request it. I don't cook at my house, but in my grandparents’ house, I often help my grandmother cooking. It is good thing for me.

Finally, there are good natures around my grandparent’s houses. There are river, trees and many rice fields. On the other hand, there is no shop, for example, super market or gas station near their house, so it is very silent. In summer, you can see fireflies. It is very beautiful. Good natures around their house make me relax.

My grandparent’s houses are my favorite place. The reasons are meeting my grandparent, watching TV with my grandparents, giving me my favorite foods and having good natures. Their house is the best place for me because they are very kind, and their house is relaxation place for me. I want to their house as much as possible.

My favorite car is my car. My car is fit, and my car's color is silver. I always come to KGU by car. I have to drive for fifty minutes every day. It sounds like very hard. However, I don't think so because my car is very comfortable. I always come to KGU listening to music. It is a good time. I can watch DVDs in my car, but I don't do it because I think it is dangerous to drive. My car is not too big, so you can turn the corner easily. The good point of my car is very economical on gas. I go to gas station once in ten days. I need a lot of money to keep my car. For example, I need money for gasoline, automobile inspection and parking. So, I have to work. But, it is not hard for me because I like my car very much.

So, I watch volley ball games on TV, and enjoy it.

This book tells us about haenyos in Cheju Island, South Korea. Haeyos means professional diver. All of haeyos in Cheju are female, and they don’t use oxygen tanks when they dive into the sea. According to this book, their job is difficult and very dangerous. Do you know why they do such a job, instead of dangerous? The reason is no choice they have. They were born in a sea village, so they had to be a woman diver. However, it is changing now. Woman diver can get a lot of money because the seafoods that they catch make a lot of money, so they can give a chance to educate their children. Their children can have many choices.

I think that woman diver is so cool job because they proud of their job. Everyone can’t become woman diver because it is very difficult and dangerous, so it is valuable job. If you interested in it, please read this book.

My favorite TV show

My favorite TV show is P-League. It is a kind of sport TV show. That sport is bowling. The people who appear it are female. Most of them are pro bowler, so you can watch a high level game on TV. All of them are fashionable. One pro bowler wears a cloth like a cowboy. It is very cute. This TV show has a hard rule. If you lose the first round, you can’t join next tournament. So, all of them don't give up to the last. The interesting point of this TV show is unique nickname. They get own nickname when they join the game for the first time. My favorite bowler's nickname is "The miracle fighter of Hakata". I don't know who named it, but all of them feel happy to get own nickname, I think. This TV show is very fun, so please watch it.

My favorite motto is "Look up when I walk down". It is the title of famous song. This motto turns anxious things I feel into positive thinking. For example, When I have to speech a few days later, I always feel nervous, and I may worry about it for a few days. However, it is   a meaningless thing because I have to speech, even if I worry about it. So, I don't think deeply about it, and I image the next day. However, I have a trouble when I talk with my friend about her worry because I can't give to her a good advice. I only say "Don't think deeply". If I were in her position, I would think that it is not good and useful advice. So, my friends talk with me about their worried. It is a little sad thing, but I look up when I walk down.

My favorite color is blue. I like white and black, but blue is the best for me. I have a lot of blue goods. For example, those are pens, a wallet and a water bottle. Blue is beautiful and cool. Women usually like pink, red or yellow, but I don't like it because I don't like light color. My image of blue is sky, sea and the earth. All of them are nature. So, I think that blue is important color for the earth. Blue is good for diet. When you eat something with the blue dishes, you lose your appetite because there are nothing blue foods. I have never tried to it, but I think that it is very interesting if it is true. If you have blue dishes or blue lunch box, please try to it.

This book tells us about a boy living in the town of Diafarabe, Mari. The boy’s name is Yoro. According to this book, Yoro has a very important work. If he can’t success it, he is not considered to be a man, and he can’t marry with his girlfriend. The important work is the dangerous journey with cattle. The main reason of this journey is to feed cattle because the area Yoro lives is dry, and there are not enough feed.

I think that Yoro is a brave man because he is still 16 years olds when he starts his journey. He has to walk all a day without sleeping. If they stop walking at the evening, they might be killed by hyenas. It is very dangerous. If you were in his position, could you do that like him? I can’t do that. However, it is a kind of traditional rites. Many countries have own traditional rites. It is very interesting for me. Sometimes, I find dangerous rites. I don’t know it is good or bad for people who do it. However, I want to learn more about it. If you interested in it, I recommend this book.

The name of our restaurant is P&D. P means poison, and D means dangerous. Our restaurant use very dangerous foods. For example, those are army ant, tarantula, cobra and scorpion. We give you salad, main dishes, rice, pizza, pasta, dessert and drink. I recommend you Jelly fish salad. It is very healthy. It is one of my favorite dishes. I also like Strawberry snake short cake. Do you know Strawberry snake. It is called “Hebi-ichigo” in Japanese. Its taste is good, and the appearance is so pretty. By the way, do you know why we can give you these dangerous foods? The reason is having special license. Everyone working this restaurant have to get a license to cook dangerous foods. Even waiter and waitress have to get this license because they sometimes have to explain about these dangerous dishes. If you interested in these dangerous foods, please come to our restaurant!

This book tells us about the people who rescue young puffins. The place of this story is Heimaey, Iceland. The children of Heimaey have been saving young puffins for a long time, according to this book. If they don’t do that, young puffins may die. So, the children’s job is very important. It sounds like hard for children because they have to take care of young puffins. Actually, the children enjoy taking care of it.

I think that the people of Heimaey are very kind. They patrol to find puffins each night at the end of the summer because puffins may confuse and crash into something. It is very hard work. If I were in their position, I couldn’t do that each night. I think that the children who living in Heimaey will become a kind man. This is the very interesting and heartwarming story, so please read it.

My favorite elementary memory is school trip. It was the first school trip. I went to Nagasaki, and I learned about the atomic bomb. I listened to man's story who was experienced the atomic bomb. I don't remember the story's detail, but I still remember that the story was terrible. My favorite point of this trip was night view in Nagasaki City. It was very beautiful, so I took a lot of pictures about it. I still have those pictures. The second day of this trip, I went to zoo. I watched a lot of kinds of animal. It was very fun for me because I like animal so much. I liked that zoo. After this trip, we had to write a report about this trip, so I wrote about that zoo. This trip was very good for me.

Do you know Mt. Kilimanjaro? It is a glacier mountain. It is very big mountain, so it is called the roof of Africa. This book tells us about Mt. Kilimanjaro. Many people go to Mt. Kilimanjaro to climb it, or to see it. Hemingway who was a famous American writer and climber said that Mt. Kilimanjaro is great, high and unbelievable white in the sun. I think that Mt. Kilimanjaro is a treasure of the world. However, the snow of the mountain is getting disappear because of global warming. According to this book, experts predict that the mountain’s glacier could completely disappear by 2020. It is 8 years later from now. It is very sad things if it is true.

I think that this book is shocking because glaciers of Mt. Kilimanjaro could disappear 8 years later. I don’t know what I can do, but I don’t want to see the disappearance of it. So, I think that we have to learn about global warming, and we have to think what we should do for the earth. If you interested in it, please read it.

Good points of MacDonald’s are cheap and fast. It has a lot of variety of menu. If you can eat hamburger at home, you can go to MacDonald’s. You can get hamburger fast, and you can take it out. Bad point of MacDonald’s is there is no menu beside register.

Good points of Kentucky Fried Chicken are good for Christmas party and good taste. There is no famous Chicken restaurant, expect KFC. Christmas is coming soon. Christmas party needs chicken, so you can go to KFC. Bad points of KFC are high calorie and oily. So, you have to try not to eat it too much.

Good points of MOs burger are healthy hamburgers and high quality. Hamburgers of MOs burger have flesh vegetable. For example, those are cabbage or lettuce. MOs burger has rice burger. Bad point of MOs burger is more expensive better that MacDonald’s.

Good points of Ajisen Ramen are fullness and good taste. When you eat Ramen, you may feel full. I think that Ajisen Ramen is good taste. Bad point of Ajisen Ramen is oily because it kind of tonkotsu Ramen. So, if you eat almost every day, you may gain weight.

Do you know what Columbus did? You learned about him at the world history class when you were junior high or high school student. He found America in 1492. This book tells us about him. I was surprised when I read this book because this book says that Columbus was a disappointed man. I think that he is a great man because he found the new world. The people thought the earth was flat at the time. However, Columbus proved that the earth was round to find the new world. According to this book, his achieve was not America. It was to find the new route to spices from Asia to Europe. He couldn’t find it until he died. So, this book says that he was a disappointed man.

I think that this book is good for us to learn his history. I learned his name at the world history class. However, it was boring. If you read this book, you can learn what his achieve was, or why he could go voyage. I think that this book is very interesting. If you interested in world history, I recommend this book.

Essay pref. My favorite places

I want to tell you about my favorite places. I have three places I like. These are my house, my car and my grandparents’ house. I can be relaxed when I stay these places.

My house is in home town, Kikuchi. The reason why I like being my house is having items I can be relaxed in my house. These items are TV, sofa, my bed and bathroom. The TV that I am using is Panasonic. I usually watch dramas, comedy or news, and sometimes I watch DVDs. My favorite news program is Houdou station. We can it every day. The announcer appearing Houdou station is very beautiful, so I like it. My favorite DVD is American TV drama. The name of it is Veronica Mars. It has third series. I had been watching it during this summer vacation. The bathroom is the best place for me in my house. I usually take a bath for one hour in winter. Sometimes, I use a bath aroma. I can feel happy when I use it because it is good smell and it has good effect for our body.

I go to KGU by my car every day, so my car is a good place for me. I usually listen to music in my car. I listen to JUJU or Amuro Namie’s song driving a car. It is a very good time for me.

I like my grandparents’ house. The reason why I like it is being my grandparents. I’m not living with my grandparents I my house, so I seldom meet them. When I meet them, I am happy and they may be also happy. Their TV is Panasonic, too. They usually watch news or period play. I like cooking that my grandmother made. My grandmother is good at cooking. Especially ichigo daihuku that she cooked is very delicious. My grandparents are very kind, so I can be relaxed when I go to their house.

I think that the culture of Sanaa is very interesting. If you carry a knife as if a Yemeni man in japan, you must be arrested by the policeman. However, in Sanaa, everyone knows that the knife carried by Yemeni men is not dangerous, so they can carry it at the public place, I think. My favorite class

My favorite class is cultural anthropology. I had taken it last semester. I learned about Buddhism or which hunting at the time. It was so interesting for me because I like studying about religion or culture in the world. I took the introduction of Christianity last year. I watched a movie about Jesus at that class. That movie was very good, so I was interested in religion. Now, I am studying about the ritual in Vietnam at the cultural anthropology class. It is not easy for me to understand their culture because their culture and our culture are different. However, I am happy to get new information about other country's culture. Another favorite point of this class is easy exam. This class is very interesting, but we have a lot of things to memory. Do you like the red panda? We call it lesser panda in Japan. This book tells us a story about a red panda in San Diego. I have heard animal stories that the mother doesn’t take care of her child. According to this book, a red panda didn’t take care of her child, so zookeepers took care of child red panda instead of his mother. The child of the red panda named Farley. Farley had some problems, for example, poor nutrition, low body temperature, bad infection and sick. I think that Farley’s life is so hard.

I think that taking care of some animals is very difficult because they can’t speak. That can just cry. So, we have to think and feel what they want and what the best is for them. Taking care of the human baby is also difficult and hard, but there are difference between taking care of animal’s baby and human baby. We can take care of our baby be own. It is natural. However, animal’s baby may want to back their mother or forest. So, I think that it’s very difficult to take care of animals. I learned some important thinks from this book. If you interested in animals, I recommend it.

The animal I hate is snakes. I think that a lot of people don't like snakes. When I was a child, I could touch it. There are paddy fields near my house, so I could find snakes easily. Mount Aso has the biggest caldera all of the world and Mount Aso is a symbol of Aso City. Many tourists visit Mount Fuji and Mount Aso like the Mount Etna. Volcano gives us benefit like that. So, I think that the volcano plays an important role in our life.

People ride on the horse and compete with other participants, and decide to the greatest horse and rider. However, man who can join it is less than 12 years old, so I can’t join it. I think that this race looks hard because children have to run the long way with their horse, but this race is a good chance for them to show their skill. My image of the sunflower is the summer flower, and my birthday is in August, so I have been thought that my lucky flower is the sunflower. The sunflower has a good point. It is seeds of the sunflower because we can eat it. My favorite snack uses it. Its taste is not bad. When I was child, I had two hamsters. They liked seeds of sunflower. I have some good memories about the sunflower, so I like it so much.

If you were in that situation, what would you do?

This book is a Japanese famous fish story. It is a fugu. Have you ever eaten fugu? I have never eaten fugu. Fugu is famous and expensive food in Japan. It sounds good, but in fact, fugu is very dangerous fish because it has poison. Are there good way to eat fugu? You can go fugu restaurants. There are special fugu chefs in Japan. They have license to cook fugu and serve us safety fugu. I have never known it. If people who don’t have fugu license cook fugu, they may get sick or die. It is very dangerous.

Do you know why people began to eat fugu in spite of dangerous? That reason was want of food after WWⅡ. After WWⅡ, people looked for something to eat, and then people found fugu. I have never known it.

I think that people should spend the most time helping their wives or volunteering to help people they don’t know. First, husbands should help their wives because married couple helps each other. It seems to me that you should volunteer to help people they don’t know. If someone needs help, you should do what you can do. For example, you can raise money. Hello, everyone. My name is Amara. I’m from India. The capital of India is New Delhi. My hometown is New Delhi. My parents and my grandparents live there. I have an older brother and sister. Cooking

I’ll tell you how to make Japanese fried-dough cookies that is called “Karintou” in Japan because I made it with my sister today.  I use a sweet potato.

First, cut the sweet potato like sticks. The sweet potato is tough, so be careful. If you can’t cut it like sticks, I think anything is okay. After that, sweet potato put into the water because takes out sweet potato’s bitterness. Next, the sweet potato is fried in oil. Please fry it with the low temperature oil. It is the most important. If the oil is high temperature, the sweet potato will burn. Finally, mix the fried sweet potato and starch syrup. I think that Japanese fried-dough cookies are very simple cooking, so please try it. However, its calorie is higher more than you expected, so you are careful not to eat a lot.

Today is the Autumn Equinox Day. It is one of national holidays in Japan. People usually say that daytime and night are same length, but actually, daytime is longer than night. Do you know when the Autumn Equinox Day became the national holiday? It was established in 1948 to respect our ancestor. So, the Autumn Equinox Day is called the Autumn equinoctial week. People visit a grave with their family. The famers appreciate having a good crop of rice. I had been thought that the Autumn Equinox Day taught us that winter is coming. So, I was surprised when I knew the really mean of the Autumn Equinox Day. The Autumn Equinox Day is usually on September 23 almost year, but it is on September 22 this year. My pets

Today, I’ll introduce my family. They are my pretty pets. I have two dogs in my family. Look at the picture. The name of sleeping dog is Korosuke. He was named by my father. When I was 6 years old, he came to my house. He is a gentle dog, so he has never bitten.

The other dog is Pee. He was named by my father and my younger sister. When I was 10 years old, he came to my house. He is a vigorous dog, so he barks anytime. When they eat food in the morning, Pee always barks. I think that he is glad to eat food, so he always do that. On the other hand, Korosuke always waits his breakfast in his house. I think he is great dog. Both of them are Welsh Corgi, so they have long trunks and short legs, and they don’t have tail. Their appearances are very cute. I gave them a shaves ice that has no syrup in this summer. They ate it soon. I thought that they were glad to eat it because this summer was very hot. Korusuke is an old dog, so I want him to live longer as him as possible.

I want to tell you about famous people who is from Kumamoto.

Do you know Kitahara Hakusyu? He is a Japanese poet. He was born in Nankan. I remember that I learned his poem at the Japanese class when I was an elementary school student. He met some famous people, for example, Yosano Akiko, Ishilawa Takuboku and Mori Ogai. He made a lot of school songs for many school. He gave a song Tokyo University as a second school song. I think that he is a good poet.

Do you know Hara Yutaka? He is an illustrator. His famous work is Kaiketsu-zorori. When I was an elementary school student, I often read it. I liked it, so I was surprised that the man who wrote Kaiketu-zorori is from Kumamoto.

The author of famous manga “One piece” is from Kumamoto. I think that people living in Kumamoto have already known. So, I want to tell you about other writer of manga. Do you know “Natsume Yuujinntyou”?  I like this manga. This manga’s author is from Kumamoto. The name of her is Midorikawa Yuki. She lives in Kumamoto now. Her manga is set in Kumamoto. According to her manga, there is a well that can drink natural soda pop in Asagiri Town. I want to go there someday.
